The Women’s 18-Hole Golf Club will kick off the season with the Annual Launch Party on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. in the Event Center. All members are invited to attend the first general meeting of the year. Sandwiches by Morucci’s Deli, salads made by members and cookies will be served.
The Launch Party gives old and new members a chance to meet, mingle and learn about all the great events the club has scheduled for 2020.
Tables will be set up with information about the various club functions, tournaments, team play, and special events planned for the new season. Members should come prepared to sign up for the Birdie Board ($5) and the Eclectic Tournament ($5).
East Bay Team Play matches will be available for sign-up. Team Play matches give Rossmoor 18ers a chance to test their skills against other local teams at several beautiful country clubs in the East Bay area.
The charge for attendance is $10 (a portion of charge is for the Event Center room rental) and reservations are required. Please place a check for $10 (CHECKS ONLY) made out to Rossmoor 18ers in an envelope labeled “Launch Party” and include your name on the envelope. Envelopes should be placed in the 18ers drawer in the Pro Shop no later than Friday, February 14.
