RMGC Announces Re–Scheduled 4 Man Scramble
The Rossmoor Men’s Golf Club will hold its highly popular 4 Man Scramble Tournament on March 4 2020. Sign-up envelopes are now available in the Pro Shop.
All members of the RMGC are eligible to enter and play. This will be an 18-Hole competition on the Dollar Ranch Course beginning with an 8:30am shotgun start and a 9-Hole competition on the Creekside Course beginning at 10:30am.
Golfers have several choices for selecting partners. The tournament will be foursomes and players may select their entire team, partial team or sign-up as an individual player and the Pro Shop will complete the foursomes.
Selection of the Players preferred Tees will be on the registration envelope. Players will be able to select from the white, combo or gold tees. The field will be divided into flights and “Modified Handicaps” will be established. Prizes will be awarded in all flights.
The Scramble format will require a minimum of 3 tee shots be used by each Player in the 18-Hole competition and 1 Tee shot by each Player in the 9-Hole competition.
The entry fee is $25.00 per player which includes prizes and lunch (with soda, beer or wine) to be enjoyed in the Event Center following the Competition. Checks only are required with the Registration Envelope and made payable to RMGC.
Green fees are charged at the member rate and are payable in the Pro Shop prior to play. All players must register at the Pro Shop the day of the Tournament.
Entries close on Saturday, Feb.29th (Leap year) at 5:00pm. No refunds for cancellations will be granted after that date/time.
