RMGC ENCOURAGES EVERYONE TO POST ALL SCORES
Golf is a game of courtesy and respect, attempting to provide everyone who plays the game the opportunity to start on an even playing field. The handicap system was established to do exactly that, to even out the playing field for everyone who takes up the game. It is extremely important that you post all your daily scores so that everyone who plays in our frequent tournaments have equal opportunities to win.
The Rossmoor Men’s Golf Club Board of Directors request that you continue to post all of your scores after each round in GHIN system in order to participate in the upcoming Trophy Events. As discussed at our member’s meeting, if it is found that a participant hasn’t posted CURRENT scores, leading to a CURRENT index, the individual may be denied participation in an event. This will not only encourage an even playing field, but it will also encourage increased participation of our membership. In order to be fair to everyone, please post your scores.
