The last on-course rules class of the 2022 season will be on Monday, November 28. The class will start at 10:00 a.m. on the first tee of Dollar Ranch. Participants should bring two balls and a golf club for this interactive class. Feedback has been very positive from those who took advantage of one of the five classes offered this year. Rules Chair, Joyce McCann conceived of this unique way for golfers to truly understand some of the often confusing rules of golf, and attendees found them informative and fun, and, Joyce says, “they are only one hour long.” She hopes that participation will warrant ongoing monthly classes in 2023. Registration is now available online at the 18er portal (https://18ers.golfgenius.com).
Membership Chair, Teddi Swanson, has placed renewal forms in the Pro Shop and women are reminded that they must have their form and check in the 18ers drawer no later than November 30. A change from the past practice, is that the check must be made out to “Rossmoor Golf Club.”
The last organized event of the year is the Holly Jolly Holiday party, Wednesday, December 7.
