President’s Message

Hello to all who have come to this website interested in the Rossmoor Community.
Golf is a very popular activity here with 2 beautiful golf courses, one 9-hole & one 18-hole, for the outdoor enjoyment of residents & guests alike. The Rossmoor Men’s Golf Club (RMGC), of which I am President in 2025, is over 300 strong and includes members at all levels of participation. This year our priority is to offer a variety of tournaments to please all levels of golfers, including more Scrambles & fun golf formats to add to the many outings scheduled with other golf clubs, both here & away, plus trophy events of course and plenty of side games offered most days of the week. As always our Board of Directors & myself will continue to work hard to make 2025 the best year yet for Rossmoor golf!
Thank you & good golfing,
Bill Keeley, RMGC President 2025

Chuck Moran named RMGC 2024 Man of the Year

During the Rossmoor Men’s Golf Club annual meeting, Chuck Moran was honored as the RMGC “Man of the Year”.
Chuck moved to Rossmoor in 2010 after a successful career in sales and marketing, specializing in insurance for golf courses.
He has held several RMGC Board positions including President in 2013 and has served on the Golf Advisory Committee. He has chaired the Men’s Invitational Tournament several times and has started and been Chairman for the four “Major” tournaments that take place each year, including organizing and helping with the food and beverages after the rounds of golf.
Chuck can often be found on the golf course on Mondays, filling divots and placing the plugs from putting green sanding operations in areas on the course need more coverage. He is often seen helping organize the bar and being a bartender at RMGC social events.
Congratulations to Chuck Moran on being honored as the RMGC Man of the Year!
