For the fifth round of the Charm Tournament, Nancy Park had the lowest score. She won round four of the Charm Tournament on August 15 with an excellent score of 66 and again posted the lowest score on August 29 with a blistering 65. Since Park has already secured her spot in the qualifying round, Agnes Shin with a net score of 68 earned the win for round five.
With perfect weather, there were many outstanding scores and below are the top three winners in each flight taking home $7 for first place, $6 for second place and $5 for third place. Congratulations to all the winners of round five.
Flight One: First Place Agnes Shin, Second Place Karla Witte, and Third Place Claudia Terry.
Flight Two: First Place Nancy Park, Second Place Yunho Ju and Third Place, Judith Coleman-Cohen.
Flight Three: First Place,Marsha Jennings, Second Place Sharon Panagotacos, and Third Place Lana Yangle.
Flight Four: First Place Teddi Swanson, Second Place Karin Romak, and Third Place Orene Sanders.
There were two chip-ins, Soonee Kim on hole one and Ki Hee Lee on hole 10. And, there were four birdies, Lee and Claudia Terry on hole two, Pat Mc Sween on hole 13 and Witte on hole 18.
