During these difficult times the Contra Costa Food Bank has run out of food for distribution to those in need. This food bank covers multiple local cities, including Walnut Creek. Dr. Mark and Marilyn Weiss (Rossmoor residents and members of the RMGC and the 9er’s) are asking all of us to try to put together nonperishable canned and/ or boxed foods and cereals (or check/cash) that you may be able to spare to help resupply this local food bank in Concord. If you can put together a PAPER bag with these types of food items, Mark will pass by your house and pick up your donation.
