Share in the excitement of the Summer Olympics by entering the 18ers Invitational Tournament, a golf Olympiad on the Dollar Course on June 5 and 6. Be creative and choose a country from the 206 nations that compete in the Olympics for your team’s name and proudly display the colors and costumes of the country. Alternatively, a team can honor a specific athlete.
The Opening Ceremony will be held from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on June 5 with a Parade of Athletes and welcome party for this two-day event with a happy hour and a chance to demonstrate athletic skills with a fun putting contest. The Gold Medal round of golf will be held on June 6 where one member may have three guests or two members plus two guests. Or, a foursome that consists of only Rossmoor players will be created in a separate flight.
Starting bright and early on June 6 at 7:15am, there will be registration and check-in, for breakfast, golf, lunch, special tee prizes and the awards ceremony. Registration for the Invitational opens on May 1 and closes May 24 on the Golf Genius portal: https://18ers.golfgenius.com. Register early because entries will be capped at 120 golfers.
