By fielding a strong team for the away match at Crow Canyon on July 6, captains Moran and Sun were looking forward to our continued accumulation of total points needed to advance to the 12 man championship round held in August.
However, Crow Canon returned to form on their home course and overwhelmed the Rossmoor team by capturing 30 points to Rossmoor’s 6 points.
The team of Atkins & Bosley once again produced a team win for 2 points with Atkins also winning a point on his individual match. The team of Endicott & Moran won a point on the team match with Tom Snyder and John McDonnell also getting a point each in their individual matches.
The next match will be at Moraga CC on July 20.
