The Women’s 18ers Golf Club played their first tournament of the season on March 14th.
Although the course was saturated, 24 golfers enjoyed the sunny weather and camaraderie of their fellow members.
The game for the day was Flighted Low Net. Here are the results:
1st flight: Margo Dutton net 77, Olivia Hsueh net 78, Nancy Park net 80.
2nd flight: Toni Snyder net 77, Daisy Soo Hoo net 79, Ja Young Lee net 81
3rd flight: Shin Kim net 80, Teddi Swanson net 81, Joanne Brennan net 93
4th flight: Marcia Belcher net 81, Myra Belfiore net 91, Char Gonzalez net 94
Chip-ins: Gail Ramirez hole #5, Margo Dutton hole #10 and Claudia Terry hole #12. Margo Dutton made a birdie on hole #10.
Sign up sheets for the Thursday games are available in a binder in the back area of the pro shop. The Thursday game is an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start and members are to sign in by 8:00 a.m. If you are interested in playing, please sign up by 5:00 Tuesday for the upcoming Thursday game.
