The Rossmoor 18ers played a Nassau Tournament on July 25. A Nassau Tournament is basically three different competitions: low net scores for front nine, back nine and overall 18 hole score.
Here are the results:
First flight: overall low net of 67 Nancy Park, front nine low net of 35 Janet Choi and back nine low net of 35 with a tie Cletia Bowron and Agnes Shin.
Second flight: overall low net of 71 Peggy Yamada, front nine low net of 35 Nancy Groswird and back nine low net of 35 Anna Kim.
Third flight: overall low net of 72 Mary Ann Cucchiaro, front nine low net of 37 Garnet Shelly and back nine low net of 33 Aisoon Hong.
Birdies were had by Janet Choi hole two, Esta Podberesky and Theresa Kim hole 10 and Soonee Kim hole 16.
Chip-Ins were made by Margaret Logwood on hole one, Vanida Nalamlieng hole two and Karen Romak hole nine.
The next Charm and Eclectic tournament will be on Thursday, August 15.
