Thirty-nine Rossmoor 18ers played a game of two best net balls for each team on May 30.
Below are the results for the day:
First Flight: first place team of Joan Baggett, Olivia Hsueh, Joan Munn and Sue Yoon for a team score of 118, second place team of Anna Kim, Nancy Park, Juna Lee and Theresa Kim for a 129, third place team of Laura Kim, Daisy Soo Hoo, Claudia Terry and Teddi Swanson for a 131.
Second Flight: first place team of Shin Kim, Kathleen Young, Pat Taylor and Agnes Shin for a team score of 133, second place team of Marcia Belcher, Gail Ramirez, Marian Handy and Peggy Yamada for a 136, Jean Carroll, Nancy Groswird, Maryann Higgins and Esta Podberesky for a 137.
Chip-ins were made by Judy Fletcher on hole number 12 and Garnett Shelly on hole number 18. Birdies were made by Olivia Hsueh on hole number 2, Claudia Terry on hole number 15, Esta Podberesky and Theresa Kim on hole number 16.
The 18ers appreciate Brent Mulanax for organizing the club’s Thursday outings.
The Handicap tournament dates are June 6, 18 and 20. Deadline date of June 6 for the June 13 Jus Golf Invitational outing.
