The third guest day was held on July 20 on the Dollar Ranch Golf Course. The 18ers invited guests to play in the guest day with a Summer Splash theme. The format for this match was Stroke play (Cha, Cha, Cha) 4 person teams. Each team scored the one Best Ball on the Par 5 holes, 2 Best Balls on the Par 4 holes and 3 Best Balls on the Par 3 holes. There was a closest to hole on Hole 16 for a member and a guest. Lunch and the awarding of prizes took place in the Event Center following the completion of play. The women wish to thank Laura Kim, Denise Pratt, Lana Yagle and their teams for organizing a fun event with a delicious lunch to follow. The club also thanks all who donated prizes for the raffle. The winners of this event were: Closest to the hole, guest Karen Mar 10 feet and member Okey Ro 11.5 feet. There were 4 flights with the winners of each flight receiving a monetary prize. The winners from flight 1 were: Soonee Kim, Sun Kim, Mihee Lee and Anne Su, Flight 2: Karen Jennings, Marsha Jennings, Carol Sebilia and Marlene Seffern, Flight 3: Jun Chao, Elizabeth James, Joey Judge and Xuemei Reinhart and Flight 4: Carol Hansen, Francine Lyall, Sharon Panagotacos and Teddi Swanson.
