The fifth charm event was played on September 20th twice on the Creekside golf course with a field of 27 players. Olivia Hsueh shot a superb round to win the September Charm title.
Following are results: first flight: 1st place Olivia Hsueh net 68, 2nd place Theresa Kim net 71, 3rd place Claudia Terry net 72; Second flight: 1st place Joan Baggett net 71, 2nd place Shin Kim net 74, 3rd place Del Poirier net 75.
First place winners receive $8, second place $6 and third place $4.
An eagle was made by Claudia Terry on hole 8. Chip-ins were made by Myra Belfiore on hole 3, Del Poirier on hole 5 and 6, Maryann Higgins on hole 5 and Claudia Terry on hole 8.
Lucky Charm winners to date: Marlene Seffern, Grace Nitta, Joanne Kim, Toni Snyder and Olivia Hsueh.
There will be one more Charm event in October before the final Charm shoot out in November.
