The Rossmoor 18er members (48) played the sixth and final Charm and Eclectic event on October 22. Peggy Yamada scored a low net of 71 for the field and wins the charm girl event. She will receive a charm towel and will also be eligible to play in the final playoff. Congratulations Peggy!
Here are the results:
First flight: first place Agnes Shin net 73, Sophia Kim net 75, Claudia Terry net 76 and Nancy Park net 77. Second flight: first place Peggy Yamada net 71, Toni Snyder net 73 (won tie breaker), Ann Hamilton net 73 and Joan Munn net 74. Third flight: first place Teddi Swanson net 72, Soonee Kim net 75 (won tie breaker), Lana Yagle net 75 and Sherry Endicott net 77. Fourth flight: Jean Carroll net 75, Judy Fletcher net 76, Stella Chan net 77 (won tie breaker) and Myra Belfiore net 77.
Birdies were hit by: Joan Baggett #10 and Esta Podberesky #16
Chip-ins were made by: Jacky Dunn and Sherry Endicott #6, Pat Deisem #7 and Toni Snyder #10
Margo Dutton, Jean Carroll, Laura Kim, Ann Hamilton, Anna Kim and Peggy Yamada will be playing in the Charm playoffs on November 5.
