The Board has researched, proposed and approved several Bylaws changes to facilitate easier operation of the club. The proposed changes will be voted upon at the upcoming Spring Membership meeting in late February or early March. An overview of the proposed changes are:

1)     Eliminate the current fixed date for the Fall Membership meeting.

2)     Eliminate the requirement to elect club officers within 10 days of the         Fall Membership meeting.

3)     Eliminate term limits for incumbent Directors

The attachment provides detailed information related to each proposed change. The proposed changes are posted on the bulletin board in the Men’s Club area of the ProShop.
