PRESIDENT- ELECT LEONG
Ambassadors had their first job on Mar 31 for 18ers team play. Went very well
Ambassadors (Frank Quallen) have requests for help from the 18ers for 4 large events in April. Frank may be short due to some conflicts so may be looking for additional volunteers for Mon. 4/11 (10:30-12:00) and Tues. 4/12 (6:30 to 8:00).
RF Question of parking for H&H. Want to park at Creekside instead of event center. Stan might be unhappy with it . Ambassadors unhappy with going back and forth with cost in people and hazard of street crossing.
Try Creekside for next H&H but advise Stan and see how it goes.
All Rossmoor golf clubs, the 18ers, the 9ers and the Happy Hackers have agreed to sponsor the Christmas party with the RMGC. Preliminary costs received from Stan Gedeon. Expect more than 200 attendees.

TREASURER WALSH
The Federal and State Income Tax Returns were completed and filed with the appropriate agencies. The returns include not only the income and expense for the Mens Club, but also for the 18ers and the 9ers. The club’s legal name which covers all three clubs is “Rossmoor Golf Clubs, Inc.”.

As of the end of March, we had Income for the year of $ 7,020. and a Net Income of $ 390. not including Receivables of $ 620. from the other clubs for Website expenses. As you can see our expenses for the first three months were quite high but much of the cost was a carry-over from 2015.

Anyone who desires a more detailed explanation of the Income and Expense should contact the Treasurer.
