It’s Spring Fling time again for the Rossmoor women’s 18’ers and 9’ers. This special golf tournament, to be held on April 9th, comes every year and teams are always composed of the two womens’s golf clubs in Rossmoor. All members of both clubs are encouraged to participate.
The tournament will be in a two net best ball format with all players using the gold tees. Mulligans and magic putts will be available to purchase. It will be a shotgun start at 8:30am and all players are requested to check in by 8am so they can have the coffee or tea and scones available prior to tee-off.
Players can sign up as a single, as two (one 9er and one 18er) or four (two 9ers and two 18ers). The fee is $30 per player (plus green fees payable on day of play) and includes the fashion show and lunch to be held at the Fireside Room at Gateway immediately after play is completed (approximately 1pm). Members may also sign up for the lunch and the fashion show only for a fee of $25.
Sign-up envelopes are available in the club area of the pro shop. Those wishing to participate should obtain and complete the information required and place the envelope, with check enclosed in the Rossmoor 18ers drawer no later than April 2nd.
