On Sunday, May 15, using a 7 iron on hole 10, Claudia Terry hit a Titleist AVX ball 121 yards in a perfect arc that landed on the green and made a beeline to the hole. She may have had two before this one, but, for Claudia Terry, this third hole in one was the most fun. This was the first time she was actually able to see the ball fall in the hole. Her friends, Sally Tomlinson, Joyce McCann and Janice Davis watched in awe as it gracefully disappeared into the hole. Congratulations to Claudia.
On that same day, the foursome was startled to encounter a juvenile rattlesnake on the number 4 fairway. Rossmoor golf continues to astound and entertain.
